Applaud Our Kids Foundation.Jodi has over 17 years of experience as a not-for-profit (for-impact) organization expert and has won several benchmark awards. After working in leadership positions for two national not-for-profit (for-impact) organizations, Jodi, became the Ceo & Co-founder of the Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids Foundation. The organization provides 100% funding to children who meet the financial needs requirements to take ongoing lessons in the performing arts in a unique way. The organization funds the lessons for up to 15 years, provides all the necessary resources a child needs to be successful, and places the child in a pre-approved performing arts studio. Which means the organization is also financially supporting local businesses. 

Jodi is also the Founder and Change Agent for Today is the Day LLC. From keynote speaker, to serving on panels at multiple non-profit events and serving clients as a Certified Professional Coach that focuses on Change Management Consulting and Connection Coaching, In late 2020, Jodi started the Today is the Day Changemakers podcast that highlights changemakers, self-starters, and those who are disrupting the status quo. She has had the honor of interviewing CNN Heroes, CEO's, authors, TEDx speakers, celebrity band members, former FBI Agent, Executive TV Producer and writer, entrepreneurs, artists, Coaches, and those who are truly making a difference in the world. In 2022, Jodi launched the inaugural International Changemakers Forum that brought together over 150 people from 6 countries for the 5 hour Zoom Forum. Jodi is launching a new Changemakers Membership Connective this Summer to help people from around the world connect and bring their authenticity to their “A" game

n 2021 Jodi received the Athena International Leadership Award from the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Henderson Promos Casting Light Award. In 2022 Jodi received a Certificate of Appreciation for being an Unsung Hero from the Russ Berrie Foundation.

The Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids Foundation is celebrating 5 years this year. We have grown from funding children dealing with financial constraints to take ongoing performing arts lessons in one county to now 9 in NJ.
