In this episode I talk about how to declutter your mind and declutter your space in order to have clarity and a plan for your life! The clear mind and space lead us to a heart that is prepared for fulfillment.

Sometimes we just need to start over! A lot of people suffer from toxic relationships, toxic friends or toxic habits and self thoughts! I want to share with you a few ways to start fresh. If you put in the work you will see the results!

In this episode I will encourage you to start a routine and add planning your day to your life goals!

In order to have a friend you have to look at your life and know what fits with your morals and your values and your beliefs. It is important to know where you were headed in life and to know what kind of people you should surround yourself with in order to get there. In this episode I encourage you to be a friend.

Sometimes when you have grown up in an environment where you experience constant chaos, it is difficult to see past survival.  I know as a kid it was always difficult to answer the questions about the future because I was trying to survive one day at a time.  Here is something you can teach your child or youth that may help them.

I know that I am not the only person who has had to persevere in life in order to beat the odds that seemed to be stacked up against me. My purpose in life originated from the darkest places that I have so often stumbled and felt my way through in my greatest trials. My desire is to coach our youth to find their own way while placing one foot in front of the other and never walking backwards as the journey gets tough and as the unknown creates two drastically different paths to choose from. Head held high, hands wide open and hopeful heart full of gratitude here is the reason I am hopeful!
