Today, I start with the first of several short snippets I recorded giving answers to questions I've received from people I know (and that I will start taking eventually from anyone that comes across my posts). I call them "foundation posts" that set the stage for more to come!

I'm excited to be putting up these first posts and getting used to the flow of it all. I hope you enjoy this journey into my corner of the CX and CS realms!
