A bloke washed dishes at a restaurant in Canada for one snow season. He kept getting free beers there for years afterwards. Not the head chef. Not the manager. The dishwasher.

That bloke is my brother. He worked out that clean plates meant better tips for the front of house, and clean pans meant the chef wasn't held up. He chopped the wood nobody else wanted to touch. On $11 an hour with no tips, he built a different kind of currency.

The reason he owned that kitchen from the sink is the same reason our building company works today.

Jamie runs the site and I run the business. We did our apprenticeship together but went completely separate ways. Years later we ended up in a shipping container on a farm building the first version of Kai Konstruct.
