The teachings of Asceticism are not for Christians. In Paul's letter to the congregation at Colossae, he warns them to be on their guard against this teaching.

Produced and presented by members of the Reformed Church of Christchurch, this programme first began broadcasting in 2003 and aims to provide guidance and inspiration to anyone who cares to listen via the radio waves or online.
