I know, I know... I've been gone for quite some time. Life has had its ups and downs, but during this season I've been intentionally working on my relationship with God and taking care of my mental health. ✨

There have been moments where life has hit hard, but I've learned that when we're honest about what we're feeling and choose to give God our everything, we can simply sit in His presence and let Him meet us where we are. 🕊️

John 15:1–9 says it so beautifully: Jesus is the Vine, and we are the branches. When we remain in Him, we bear fruit. 🌿🍇 As much as we may think we can handle everything on our own, we were never meant to. We were created to depend on Him.

🎙️✨ The Body of Christ & How We Are Divided ✨🤍

In this episode of Founded In Faith, we’re having an honest conversation about the Body of Christ—where we are today, why division has become so common, and what God’s Word says about how we’re called to live with one another as believers. 🤍📖

The Church was never meant to be built on division, pride, or choosing sides—it was meant to reflect Jesus and His love to the world. Yet so often we see separation, hurt, comparison, offense, and division where unity should be. ❤️‍🩹

Romans 8:5 reminds us that “those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.” 🙏🏽
When our hearts are led by the flesh, division grows—but when we walk by the Spirit, unity follows.

Proverbs 10:17 teaches us that “whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life…” 📖✨
God lovingly corrects us so we can walk in truth and love toward one another.

Ephesians 5:8 says “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.” 🕊️🤍
As believers, we’re called to reflect Christ clearly—even in hard conversations.

1 John 3:10–11 reminds us that children of God are made evident by love: “For this is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another.” ❤️

And at the center of it all is John 3:16—the perfect picture of love and sacrifice: “For God so loved the world…” ✝️✨
If Christ gave Himself for us, how can we not walk in love with one another?

Lastly, 2 Corinthians 5:20 reminds us that “we are therefore Christ’s ambassadors…” 🌎🤍
The world is watching how we love, how we respond, and how we represent Jesus.

This episode is a heart check and an invitation:
✨ Are we walking in the Spirit or in the flesh?
✨ Are we showing the love of Christ through our actions?
✨ Are we bringing unity to the Body—or contributing to division?
✨ How can we become better ambassadors for Christ in today’s world?
