Meet the first Guest for the Founder Series - Dalal L !
She is a qualified Nutritionist, Dietician and Personal Trainer, who is also certified in cupping therapy. At present, Dalal is also studying to further qualify in becoming a Sports Nutritionist.
In today's episode, Guni speaks with Dalal on how to use nutrition alongside the training prior to the Triathlon, and also, for the actual day itself. Dalal touches on key food groups to include in your diet, water intake, how to navigate being vegetarian, and provides ideas of what a typical meal would look like.

With the new year comes new goals and aspirations, and Guni (one half of the DTP Team) has set herself the challenge of participating in a Triathlon this summer. In this, she is hosting this special Founder Series that covers 1:1 conversations with experts in the field, covering topics on nutrition, endurance, strength training, conscious breathing techniques, whilst also discussing aspects surrounding diversity and inclusion in triathlons and other sports.
But not to worry, the Founders Series is concurrently running along side its weekly episodes!
