The late Rev. Chosei Swann gives a Sunday dharma talk on Founder's Day 2015. Founder's Day is traditionally celebrated on the first of November and honors a temple's 'Founder', the monk who started the temple. Rev. Chosei explains why Shasta Abbey's founder is not Rev. Master Jiyu, but actually her teacher Keido Chisan Koho, or referred to as Koho Zenji in the talk. Rev. Chosei uses the opportunity to talk about the meaning of training and the 'temple's foundation' which is Koho Zenji's legacy to us all.
