This week Renners & Carl are joined by a new guest Alaina, who has been friends with Carl for 17 years. Alaina brings a good female perspective to the episode and tries to help Renners and Carl see where they are going wrong in their love life (Apparently using Lynx has something to do with it for Carl). Alaina is also able to get a little secret out of Renners about what he likes to have before bed each night that he will never be able to live down.
