@k8em0: We have a 4 day work week and 2 company-wide paid 2 week shutdowns per year, in addition to other holidays and PTO. It takes discipline and I’ve had to defend the sanctity of email-free weekends (from excited employees or contractors) but it really does help enhance focus.
