All of us are motivated by something. Motivation may occur for different reasons depending on the specific task, goal or work that is required/desired. 

I'll share how the four forms of motivation show up in our lives and provide ideas for 'finding' motivation or starting the momentum.

We'll focus on four forms of motivation, which are intrinsic, extrinsic, introjected, and identified.
