Owen Davis had everything to celebrate when her extended family took a trip to the Caribbean early this year: a happy marriage to her college sweetheart, a precious toddler daughter and twin girls on the way.

Things took a turn, though, and what started in an emergency room in the Cayman Islands led to an urgent flight home, a heart-wrenching series of discussions in their hometown hospital, and finally the birth of their micro-preemies not much bigger than a Coke can. 

Though Molly and Lucy had uncertain futures and were separated for months in NICUs across the state, their story is one of hope, strength and an online community of friends and strangers praying them home.
