I also talk about creating my first zine, the beautiful confirmation I received from sharing it, and why that external validation didn't silence my deepest fear: that my lived experience without credentials isn't enough to guide others. 

But here's what I'm discovering: I'm already doing the work I seek permission for. I just don't always recognize it as such.
