Four Practical Steps to Get You to Gratitude

Recently I was told, "I don't know how you stay so positive." I had to really think about this statement because it wasn't the first time that it has been said to me. I don't think that I am all that happy all the time. I go through things just like the next person but do I try to stay positive? Yes! I had to sit down and really think of how. I remember years ago I was sitting in church crying my whole heart out and I thought...."Why am I struggling so when I have the father I do?" (speaking of my heavenly father).  I realized I needed to start taking action if I wanted to be happy and experience joy. Like I said , I still have sad times and moments of down time and I make sure I process through those emotions but I really wanted to figure out what I do to accomplish this. 

In this episode I give four practical steps to get you to a place where you can truly feel gratitude and come out of the rut that you may find yourself in.

 1. Recognize it is the enemy who is attacking your happiness

2.Focus on the TRUTH and not the lie

3. Have the tings or thing on your mind that God brought you through 

4. Be grateful

I really pray that this talk will help you through some of the tough times in life. We all have them and if we keep living we will continue to have them. Test and trials are to make us. I love you all. Talk to you next week.
