Lakshya Nagpal is an athlete and product manager at Microsoft who is an inspiration to us all. A four-time cancer survivor since 2016, Lakshya's journey has been marked by courage and determination. Despite facing numerous challenges in his personal health journey, Lakshya remains undeterred in his mission to make a positive impact on society.

Inspired by his own experiences, Lakshya co-founded the Sachin Sarcoma Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting cancer patients and caregivers. With a background in data science and business management, Lakshya brings a unique perspective to his philanthropic endeavors, leveraging his skills to bridge gaps in cancer treatment and patient support.
