Bob Hall, EPA charter member & Industry expert and Marcus Cooke, Professor of Environmental Studies discuss the Fourth National Climate Assessment (NCA4).  These two veterans present analysis from both political perspectives about climate change, global warming, and the history of the EPA. They presented innovative concepts for future energy use including: Nuclear, Wind, Solar, & Other Renewable Energy sources.  They both repeatedly stressed the dire need for research.
