The Wind in the Willows follows Mole, who leaves his underground home and discovers the pleasures of life by the river with his new friend Rat. Together with the wise Badger, they repeatedly rescue the reckless Mr Toad from his many obsessions. Re-written in an abridged form, and with some very silly accents thrown in for good measure, Kenneth Grahame’s classic story celebrates friendship, home, the natural world and the changing seasons, while finding humour in the hedgerow's many misadventures.
