Due to the International Break, we decided to build hypothetical North/South FPL teams from the 1988/89 English First Division season. Just like normal FPL, we have a 100m budget and need to build the standard 15 man squad with an overall goal to argue the case to create THE HYPOTHETICAL FPL 88/89 ultimate squad from both regions.
