In this episode, I am introducing you to Pedro Paquemar who runs his own business remotely from Morocco where he lives with his wife and his 2-year old daughter Hozumi. I met Pedro last year when I was doing research on working dads. My wife Sachiko runs a blog and coaching business for Japanese mums and she put a message out there so I could find dads who were working on balancing work and fatherhood.
