Fr. Paul L. Kramer, B. Ph., M. Div. STB, STL, is a Catholic priest who demonstrates how the Second Vatican Council is preparing the way for the Apostate Church in Rome. He specializes in the Fatima message and prophecy and was close friend to Fr. Gregorius D. Hesse, STD, JCL, JCD (Doctorate of Canon Law and Theology). He exposes Francis as a Public/Manifest heretic and what Church teaching truly is in relation to a "Heretic Pope".
