Today the show goes international with my 1st overseas Battle Guest.

And wow, what a story he shares and what an inspirational and positive person he is.

We shared stories, laughs and deep emotions.

I know if it wasn't for the 4,519 miles that separate us we'd be close friends.

We also share a passion for Parkrun and I was honored to find out that due to something I do at my local Parkrun, these ripples are crossing the Atlantic and are being implemented in a Parkrun in Canada.

This is brilliant.
