Hello, Frame of Mind Family! 🤍I am so beyond thrilled to have you join me for this week’s podcast episode! What inspired the course of this episode was a revelation that the Lord has been echoing in my mind: “You need time.”Throughout this episode, we explore different Scriptures and ideas surrounding the concept of time—including time management, understanding the appropriate time for different matters under heaven, and what trusting God’s timing can truly feel like.Sometimes, we want everything to happen immediately, but God reminds us that there is "A Time For Everything" . Learning to trust His timing requires patience, faith, and the willingness to surrender our own expectations.Heads up, Frame of Mind Family!I won’t be posting any new videos until October 17th due to a project I’m working on and the time I need to rest and recharge. I’m so grateful for your patience, understanding, and continued support!Thank you guys so mucch for being here and supporting Frame of Mind! 🫶🏽🤍 I’ll see you all on October 17th!

This week's episode explores the importance of flexibility and the challenge of resisting change in our lives. What inspired this conversation was a series of experiences that reminded me how growth often requires us to step outside of our comfort zones instead of remaining stagnant.
This episode is an invitation to renounce stagnation and embrace change with a mindset that welcomes growth, wisdom, and new opportunities. While change can feel uncomfortable and uncertain, it is often one of the greatest tools God uses to shape our character and prepare us for what He has ahead.
I pray this conversation encourages you to see change not as something to fear, but as an opportunity to grow.

Hello, Frame of Mind Family!I am so beyond excited to introduce this week's podcast episode, where we discover the power and beauty of having a mind that is centered on God and our Lord Jesus Christ. As a mindset, self-improvement, and faith-based podcaster, I often encountered people whose minds are set on many different pursuits and priorities. While there is nothing wrong with having goals and ambitions, I wanted to dedicate this episode to exploring the beauty of setting our minds on Christ and what Scripture teaches about living with a God-centered mindset.Mindset is often defined as the collection of beliefs, attitudes, and thought patterns that shape the way we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Throughout this episode, we'll explore the difference between a worldly mindset and a godly mindset, examine what your heart is truly seeking, ask whether you've been making your problems bigger than God, and discuss practical, biblical ways to keep your mind fixed on Him each day.My prayer is that this conversation encourages you to draw closer to God, renew your mind through His Word, and experience the peace that comes from trusting Him completely.I love you all so much, and I am incredibly grateful and blessed to have each of you on this journey as we continue to impact this generation, share the hope of the Gospel, and raise awareness of the Good News of Jesus Christ.I hope this episode blesses you. 🤍Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/lynlainezz/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lynlainez Newsletter: https://lynlainezz.com

I am so excited to be with you all for another episode. This week's podcast is dedicated to those seasons of life that feel overwhelming, overstimulating, and difficult to navigate.
Recently, I recognized a pattern in my own life. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, I would often turn to distractions instead of turning to God. Little by little, those distractions pulled my attention away from my calling, my purpose, and the peace that God was offering me.
In the midst of all the noise, I realized that what I truly needed was not more information, more entertainment, or more distractions—I needed to return to God's Word and rest in His presence.
In today's episode, we'll explore biblical principles and powerful scriptures that can help us find peace in overwhelming seasons, quiet the noise around us, and refocus our hearts on God. My prayer is that this conversation encourages you to trust Him more deeply and reminds you that His peace is available even in the busiest and most difficult moments of life.
So grab your Bible, get comfortable, and let's dive into today's episode. Welcome to the Frame of Mind Podcast. 🎙️✨🙏
A long awaited video-- How I found God. Before I came to know God I was met with various challenges in my youth that helped me recognize that I need to look for God again. Growing up in a religious household to walking away from the path that God has set for a family was a roller coaster. In todays episode Lyn Lainez will take you along her story where she had struggled with insecurity, lust, confusion and family issues. Thanks to God she was able to realign herself in Gods path. I hope this testimony is light and inspiration to your lives. Check out my social medias! In this episode of Frame of Mind, we’re talking about something simple—but powerful: watching your mouth. The words you speak aren’t just sounds… they carry influence over your life and the lives of others. On this podcast episode I reflect on the first agreement from The Four Agreement. Be impeccable with your word is the first agreement and what it truly means to speak with integrity, honesty, and purpose. It’s not about being perfect with what you say, but about being intentional and aware of how your words shape your reality.I also connect this idea to biblical wisdom from The Bible, including Proverbs 18:21, James chapter 3, and Ecclesiastes 5:3. These scriptures remind us that the tongue holds the power of life and death, that our words can direct the course of our lives, and that speaking carelessly can reveal what’s really going on within us.This episode is a real conversation about learning how to pause before we speak, how to shift from reacting to responding, and how to use our words to build rather than break. Because at the end of the day, the way you speak reflects who you are becoming. We aren't perfect and its hard to tame the tongue, but to be aware is more important. If you’ve ever said something you regret, struggled with negative self-talk, or wanted to grow in how you communicate—this episode is for you.

What happens when you stop trying to control everything and start committing your plans to God?
In this episode of Frame of Mind, we talk about the power of surrendering your ambitions, goals, and desires to the Lord. Many of us have dreams and plans for our lives, but we often carry the weight of trying to make everything happen on our own. Scripture reminds us that when we commit our work and trust our path to God, He is faithful to guide, establish, and shape our direction.
Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
And Psalms 37:4–5 reminds us, “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act.”
In this conversation, we explore what it truly means to surrender your plans, align your desires with God’s will, and trust Him with the outcome. If you’ve been holding onto dreams, worries, or ambitions that you haven’t fully placed in God’s hands, this episode will encourage you to shift your perspective and deepen your faith.

Thank you so much for taking some time to listen to this weeks episode! Todays episode we dicover what imposter syndrome is, how it plays a role into your identity and dive into faith-based topics such as analyzing Matthew 7:24-29.
Psychologist Pauline Clance and Suzanne Imes first coined imposter syndrome in 1978. Throughout the years we can see a high number of individuals who tend to feel this way. My motive for this episode is to educate you and acknowledge the role of a spirt that can consume and idsragrd your effort. Throught this episode we discover 5 different types of imposter syndrome:
The perfectionist- If it's not flawless, its worthless"
The expert- "If I don't know anything, I know nothing"
The Soloist- "If i need help, Im incappable"
The natural- "If it doesn't come easily, it's not for me"
The super human- "If im not doing the most, i'm not enough"
Heres are the websites I used for my Podcast episode! Very valuable.
