Cedric grew up in Fort Worth, TX and pursued business marketing while he played football at TCU. He left college to pursue his career in the NFL and afterwards, returned to TCU to complete his undergraduate degree and his masters degree in higher education leadership. Cedric is passionate about his family, ministry, and community entrepreneurship. Cedric now spends his time serving as the Director of Student Engagement for the Neeley School of Business Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and sharing his powerful story of resilience with thousands of people across the country.
