This is a direct musical representation and interpretation of a Graphical Score made by Bjørn Kruse.
The Graphical Score has a selection of objects placed in time.
There are 5 different types of objects with a different character that are superimposed in different ways as you can see from the image.
I have taken the graphical Score and scaled it all from 20 cm's length into 2 minutes of music using a ruler and the computer-assisted composition program Open Music, as a tool for scaling the proportions and generating musical material that I have modeled into this short piece.
This has mostly been a learning process to learn how to use the Open Music Software as a toolbox for generating Musical Material from numbers and proportions derived from the image and from a series of numbers which in its complete state is represented by the microtonal Chord you here at the very beginning of the piece which stays as a background canvas throughout the piece.
