Fran and Carlo are back from a work induced two week break, with lots to catch up on. Together they give you their perspectives on OCRWC and the Spartan 3k World Championships in Croatia, from the vantage point of someone who attended both events, and someone who watched it all from home! They also give a few updates on the World's Toughest Mudder countdown, and have a nice little chat about Halloween costumes of old. All in all it's a bit of a lengthy one this week, but HEY! they're making up for lost time.
