Eight Turn Crepe is a Japanese fast casual creperie concept. Their crepes are made with high quality, organic or locally sourced ingredients that are naturally 100% gluten-free. 

They offer an array of both sweet and savory menu items.  Eight Turn Crepe has been in business almost a decade and franchising since 2019.  One location offers 5 different revenue streams; dine-in, take-out, delivery, a perfect on-the go handheld food for festivals and pop-ups of all kinds, not to mention a booming catering business.
