Frank Choy started his career as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse. Frank successfully mastered the financial disciplines and business management practices to help SME's identify, implement and achieve business success. As a CFO and Commercial Director with multinational corporations (Unilever, Westinghouse, Sheridan and P&O), he experienced in the many challenges faced by all levels in a business, and have developed a holistic approach and bring cohesive change to all parts of businesses.

1. What are the pro’s and con’s of staying in your comfort zone?
2. What are your recommendations for thinking bigger about your goals and aspirations
3. What happens when one goes out of their comfort zone and test new approaches?
4. What is the best way to approach achieving a goal?
