Frank Dick OBE summarises his presentation at the National Student Enterprise Summit 2008.

Formerly British Athletics Federation Director of Coaching, Dr Frank Dick OBE is currently the President of the European Athletics Coaches Association. Frank has coached athletes to Olympic, World and European honours in several events, most notably in the sprints and relays.
