Frank sits down with the boys to discuss all things football from becoming the importance of going out on loan as a young player to becoming a third choice goalkeeper at Stoke.

The lads then chat about Frank's time playing for England U21's with some incredible names, Time with Keith Hill at Rochdale & his big move to Derby.

Frank and the boys then speak about the difficult times early on at Bristol City before the highs of achieving promotion back to the Championship.

Finally they discuss Frank's time at Stoke City and how he has adapted to being a 3rd choice goalkeeper and lending his experience to the younger keepers.
