Natalie Gerard, a member of the Cascade FFA Chapter in Montana, talks with retired ag teacher and FFA advisor Frank LaLiberty. Frank says seeing students being recognized for their accomplishments and watching young people grow into leaders were rewarding experiences during his 35-year teaching career. He talks about how FFA has kept up with changes in technology and job opportunities while staying focused on its primary mission.
