Frank has just completed his 3rd year in the NFL as a center for the Detroit Lions.  After the 2020 season he was selected to the Pro Bowl and the All-Pro teams.  He is widely considered one of the top Offensive Lineman in the League.  He is from Victoria, MN and attended Chanhassen High School.  He chose to play college football at the University of Arkansas over the likes of Florida State and Ohio St.  He talks about why the Razorbacks was the best fit for him.   After a tremendous college career he was selected in the 1st Rd of the 2018 NFL Draft to the Detroit Lions.  He shares a Draft Day story that has never been told before.  He shares his thoughts on his relationship with Matthew Stafford and the recent trade.  Frank is a true Minnesotan and will always call Minnesota home.  He is someone we can all rally behind because of the way he approaches his life with humility and perspective.  And please give his YouTube channel a follow- Grizzly Man Outdoors.
