Minnesota Senator Al Franken announced his resignation today, as he faces allegations of sexual misconduct.  He said he may be resigning his seat, but he's not giving up his voice.  WCBS Anchor Michael Wallace speaks with WCCO Reporter Susie Jones who is in Minneapolis.
