It's a shorter than usual show this week with a quiet final weekend of the mid term break taking it's toll on the activities around the county. That being said there's plenty of action with Johnny Brady playing the Landmark Central and national treasure Frankie Gavin on stage with his friends in KGB in The Dock.

Breifne Earley caught up with Frankie Gavin, a founding member of De Danann, and most recently award best traditional musician at the 2018 Gradam Ceoil festival during the week ahead of the concert to talk about the concert, how the group came about, the passing of his friend and co-founder Alec Finn and some of his memories of bringing trad music to the international masses on the rock festival circuit with the famous folk band.
