Meet Lucy Boulter — business communications expert, music journalist, soon-to-be co-author of a business book, and (most importantly) my mountain aunty.

Lucy and I met the proper Lake District way: on a mountain. When I was five years old, she joined one of my mum’s group walks up Souther Fell… and somehow never left!

We talk about friendship, belief, confidence, mountains, words, and the strange magic that happens when people walk together long enough.
