Jonny Holland was a professional rugby player for Munster, He was living every young lad's dream in representing his local province. Unfortunately for Jonny, this dream came to a cruel end when he had to retire from the game at only 25 due to a recurring hamstring injury.    

We were delighted to sit down and talk all things Jonny. He answers all YOUR questions and all of OUR's. What is so evident throughout this podcast is Jonny's resilience and motivation. An Inspiring young man.
