Everyone is rightly concerned about how bad things are, and are worried that it will get worse, again, rightly so. That does not, however, give us the right to attack one another. Certainly no one gives us the right to judge fellow Catholics, or to attack them personally because of their positions on things that are currently debatable. Just because things are worse than they've ever been does not mean we are anywhere near as bad as it can get. God is not obligated to save us. He is not required to spare us. So many are our sins--every single one of us deserves nothing from Him. We'd be best served by remembering that.
