Fred Robles, from Rio Valley Meats, joined me to talk about the WFC Final Table that takes place this coming weekend. He talked about what he might be planning to cook, what pit is he taking with him, what does he think about the judges and what kind of confidence level he is feeling going in to this event...winner gets $100k (cash and prizes).
