A lot has happened since last we caught up with Fred Thomas (in a backyard in Austin, TX). In the two years since then, he quit his day job, got married, moved to Canada, and made a fantastic new album full of his trademark indie folk troubadour-style pop songs, full of hope and brutal honesty. Fred’s musical resumé is impressive, from fronting the lush pop of Saturday Looks Good To Me to playing with and producing bands like Tyvek. He dropped by Serious Business Music in DUMBO to share an intimate solo performance for this session.
