Freda Molenkamp-Oudman is the new general manager of Alberta Milk. She previously served as the general manager of the Alberta Agriculture Products Marketing Council. Marketing Council is the oversight body for the Agriculture Marketing Board and Commission in Alberta. During her time as general manager, she built trust and developed a wide network of contacts across the whole industry and within government. She excels in the areas of governance, strategic planning and leadership. She has a proven track record for network building, collaboration, developing a culture of empowerment, and developing teams that have clear priorities and expectations.
