Mercury was the long-time frontman and most-instantly recognizable voice of the legendary English rock band, Queen. Formed in 1970, Queen went on to become one of the world’s greatest rock n’ roll bands in history and that continued all the way up to Mercury’s death in 1991. In this episode, the upbeat trio talk about Mercury’s exceptional abilities as not only a vocalist but also as a composer, innovator, personality, and, performer. Consideration is also given of the late Mercury’s personal life as well as his jealously guarded privacy. Special features also include factual trivia about Mercury’s life as well as a discussion about where Freddie would have been today (as a performer) had he survived.
