   As the director of strategic initiatives at  The People’s Ecosystem, Frederika Easley is responsible for analyzing federal and state policies.   She applies an equity lens to identify areas of opportunity and advocacy.   She joins Kyra Reed to discuss why it is so important that all cannabis companies strive to make their organization more diverse.    They also share their empathy for the legitimate cannabis businesses who are fighting to survive the flood of illegally grown cannabis in California.
