This is largely due to a lack of grocery stores, farmers’ markets, and healthy food providers. A renowned chef, Food Network star, and world traveler, Fredric Byarm has come back to his roots in Camden, New Jersey in order to help grow a healthy agricultural community that will revitalize their neighborhood. Fredric chatted with Matt Cabrey, Executive Director of Select Greater Philadelphia, a council of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, about how Invincible City Farms grows food, teaches farming, and provides access to these healthy foods to our community.
