An anonymous artist, who goes by the pseudonym, "Lenni," launched the initiative #FreeArt757 ten years ago in Hampton Roads. They have gifted our region with countless original paintings since. Rebecca interviewed them about where they get their inspiration and how to get involved in the movement.
