The Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), has expressed concerns over insufficient resources to implement the free dialysis policy. KATH Deputy Medical Director, Dr Yaw Opare Larbi explained that the hospital currently has only seven functional machines and urgently needs more.
