In this episode we will define narcissism, explore it's link to Greek mythology, list the common characteristics of a narcissist and share the cycle of abuse while also providing some examples of tactics they often use.

This is going to be interesting to some enlightening to many and a beginning of a long healing process for others. This episode should not be used as as substitution for mental health evaluation nor diagnosis.   

I want to say that if you are suffering from any form of domestic abuse, please seek help so you can work through this.  It can be difficult to go through this on your own so can get all the tools necessary to heal.
