with Lambert Kleinmann, DG EMPL
L. Kleinmann gives the key findings on Intra-EU Labour mobility 2019 (17.6 million, mostly female), with short term mobility and cross border flows going up. DG EMPL supports fair, high quality labour mobility by informing people and business via the EURES Portal and with the new European Labour agency in Bratislava, also enforcing the Pillar of Social Rights. Following the Communication on “A Strong Social Europe For Just Transitions” mid-January, initiatives are due on a minimum wage in each MS and on an EU Unemployment Reinsurance Scheme.
