We all live in a world that demands constant thought and awareness. Throughout the day we encounter many demands that compete for our attention and the list seems to get longer every day. For instance, family issues/events, work projects/conflicts, financial and medical needs, friendships and confrontational people. We cannot deny that in some cases these demands lead to stress and anxiety, which often make up part of existence. Unfortunately, we  cannot hop in a time machine to go back an change some the things we don't like in our lives, but we can implement new ways to calm our restless mind.

Often times when I see a cat chasing a toy that someone is swinging in the air It reminds me of my mind. Just like the cat jumping and running all over the place ,my mind would constantly jump  from one thought to another, which left me us agitated and unproductive. But what is our mind so restless? How can we calm it and find peace of mind?

Many of us lay down at night with our minds full of thoughts. We wake up in the morning with the same thoughts and bring more home with us at the end of the day. Have you ever laid down and you tried to force yourself to dream about a better life or things working out a different way? Only to find out  your really still awake and your arise the next morning your still tired. Yep, that's part of the effects of a restless mind.

Today's show is going to talk about the restless mind and steps you can take to free your mind. Don't forget to like and subscribe. Make sure you tell a friend.
