Freeing yourself from yourself is a process. Acknowledging what’s truly holding you back is only step one. For me, I battle with: The fear of excelling, fear of acceptance and the fear of doing ENOUGH! Losing my brother was probably the worst thing that ever happened to me and everyday I wonder did I do enough in his eyes? Hard pill to swallow but, I know that he appreciates all that I had to offer.
