The year has gone by and while life was keeping me busy, I just couldn't turn away from the place that helped me this year. 

In this stream of consciousness (haha) episode, I just want to say thank you to everyone who showed up here and for the learning and courage we created together.  

I also talk about Brene Brown's 'The Gift of Imperfection' as we move into the new year.
