When we truly understand who God is - the supremacy of Christ - we can be free in prison, in the hospital, or even in a dead end job. Because if we’ve said yes to Jesus the resurrection we celebrate on Easter pertains to us, too. The prison is not the end. The illness is not the end. The broken marriage is not the end. The Cross was not the end - it was the beginning of the promise of Eternal Freedom and the hope of dwelling forever in God's presence.
